Feeling Frustrated

It's funny the Pacer's have no regard for justice

I think it is ridiculous that the Indiana Pacer's are more worried about their fortunes than the integrity of the NBA. They only care about getting a player back from suspension so they don't lose anymore games. The funny thing is that Jermaine O'Neal will probably go back on suspension after the judge rules on the merits of the case.

All the judge decided was that he was going to let him play until after he finishes reviewing the facts in the case. Even though the Player's Union knows dam well that the Arbitrator didn't have the authority to make a ruling on the suspension in the first place.

The rules of the Collective Bargaining Agreement signed by both the League and the Player's Union states that the Stern has final say on conduct on the court and what O'Neal was suspended for occurred on the court and the Player's Union know darn well that they were wrong in going aroung Stern in the first place.

They are just hoping that the judge will agree with them and in essesence violate the contract for them. That should come to no surprise to anyone since judges (liberal judges) have been doing that quite frequently lately.

If the Player's Union had a problem with giving Stern the power of final resolution for on court actions they shouldn't have signed the contract in the first place.
