Feeling Hopeful

Week 2 ends with a bang

After a very rocky start the second week ended much better with two very convincing wins and two great pitching performances. Jeremy Bonderman showed why he is our ace of the staff with a very commanding performance on Saturday and Maroth bounced back from a very difficult first start and won on Sunday.

The week started with Minnesota Twins and we didn't fair so well. The Tigers got swept by the Twins in first meeting of the two teams.

Minnesota 5, Detroit 4

Minnesota 8, Detroit 4

Minnesota 10, Detroit 4

Kansas City 6, Detroit 5

Detroit 7, Kansas City 1

Detroit 6, Kansas City 1

Hopefully the Tigers will settle down and build off these two wins after digging themselves a deep hole.

    tough second week. Could be a tough third week if they dont bring there A game against the upstart Orioles.
