Being Sick Is Now A Crime In Arizona

In Arizona, right this minute, is a man imprisoned. He is in solitary confinement with no TV, no radio, the only means of washing himself is a basin of water and a wash cloth.  His connection to the world is a pay phone.  His crime according to the state is having TB.

This man is being treated worse than any criminal and yet has harmed no one.  Does he deserve to be treated in this manner?  Does anyone?

He has a disease, a serious one.  He deserves compassion and education, not solitary confinement.
