ARGH

I SHOULD RENAME THIS JOURNAL THE I HATE MYSELF DIET I WAS DOING SO WELL, CAME HOME FOR LUNCH HAD A WW DINNER STILL HUNGRY STARTED PICKING ON BAKED DORITITOS DIDN'T COUNT SO OVERATE AND THEN THE WHOPPERS CALLED NOW I JUST FEEL FULL AND NAUSEOUS  Gross

Friday

Went to gym on Wednesday was cramping couldn't even run my mile I managed to run 1/2 and then walk the rest of the way also did weight machines

Thursday Eliptical again 30 minutes level 5

Friday Pilates tape my bodies aching

Diet is going ok last night went to a hockey game had a pretzel and lt. beer and starbucks on the way home

Tonight is dinner at Dave and Buster's and Tom is here

My allergies have been making me miserable so I really wasn't watching my points and forget about the exercise today is a new day a new start I will watch the food today I don't know about the exercise we will have to see how I feel later and when is it gonna get warm already???

GIRLS NIGHT OUT

We had a really nice time we went to PF Chang's the food was really good but, the diet has substained some major damage this week I know I shouldn't beat myself up but, I am feeling some major guilt today not much I can do just hope the scale isn't too unkind on Saturday.

Giving into Temptation

It happens I am not going to beat myself up about it. I was right on track yesterday and then last night the hubby went to a hockey game the leftover wings called to me I could taste them that's it I had to have them a whole heaping plate full and then not only that I had to polish them off with 2 cupcakes  Chompy Horrible I know...

I am not given up though you have to allow little slip up here and there  I am being good today I just got back from the gym and even up'd the running I did 1 1/4 miles which is an accomplishment tonight is girls night out dinner I know...I can't sit there and eat steamed veggies while they have spareribs my will power is not that strong so I will eat what I want tonight and skip my free day on Saturday ....

The Crave

Sat on the couch last night watching John eat leftover wings my favorite food they smelled so good and my stomach growled but, no they weren't winning I got up and made myself a low fat snack ok so it wasn't wings but, it helped I have girls night out on Wednesday I love the girls but, I really don't want to go out and eat and that's what we are doing I hope I can be strong enough to stick to a healthier choice :(

Friday

I went to the gym and tried to do a repeat performance of last night didn't go so well started cramping on my right side almost immediately I did manage to get in a mile with interval training...I think tomorrow just eliptical or pilates off Sunday and then maybe try again Monday ...
