Winter Blues
Sometimes, we find something to cheer us up when we least expect it.
It was a dreary winter day and we had just recently moved into our new home. I was inside looking out the window....seeking a beautiful sunset to photograph. But somehow, the trees and clouds were hiding the sun's beautiful colors and I became frustrated.
I sat on the floor in my dining room and looked up...only to find something equally as beautiful as the sought after sunset. The way the clouds were shaped, almost as if to follow the lines of those trees that were previously in my way....made for the following magical shot.
It made my winter blues simply disappear....

Oh this takes me back to the days of being a child, laying on the grass and looking up to the sky and getting lost in my dreams.
Beautiful and it evokes emotion in us.
