AOL Community Photo Challenge-Beginners

The challenge this time was "Anything Green".   How appropriate for this time of year...and actually the day of this post.  I consider myself to be a little Irish because:

1) I love Corned Beef and Cabbage, and almost anything made with potatoes.

2)  I used to be married to an Irish guy!

3)  I'm almost as short as a leprechaun.

So without further ado...I give you my entry on Green:

Congratulations on your first place win.  What a great shot it is and definitely deserving of the win.

Nancy, I love your reasoning about being Irish! This photo is really great, too. Love the composition, the placement of the barn and the way the barn compliments the green of the field and the trees. Well done!
