~ Watching Over ~

Cabana Boy is still in the hospital. He had bone scans today, apparently they weren't done yesterday. Go figure!?! Get your information from someone all doped up......... :::shaking head::: It's not uncommon, I guess, for two to be done and that is what happened earlier today. The Dr. told him he'd back later in the day to discuss results. If they were good he could go home. The Dr. never came back. He took that as bad news. I mentioned who knows what happened, the Dr. could have had an emergency or something. He just wanted to go home. He's bored out of his mind there. Well, except for maybe the nurses. But, they are busy. Taking good care of him, but busy.

I'm doing good. Going back to work was tough. My desk wasn't too bad. I had actually put a note there to see someone else. LMAO!!! The actually read it this time!! Just playing catch up..... things that needed my attention and folks who waited until I got back. Thank goodness it's Friday! Or will be by the time this gets posted.

No major plans for the weekend, but I will be off next Tuesday. Going to the cottage my sister and her family have for the week. Her husband will actually work that day so we are taking advantage. I hope the weather stays nice. It's been hot here! She did really well this week and bounced back quickly. With her being off treatment next week maybe we will just make milkshakes. Oh,,, maybe some frozen drinks to sip on while on the deck... or the beach.. or wherever we may be. Any good ideas??

AOL has still been acting pretty bizarre. I found nothing explaining things, but it's sporadic at best. Some journals are still taking forever to open. Funny thing they aren't the graphic intense ones. I've been trying to keep up with all that has been happening. If I haven't been by, you know I will be... I do apologize for slacking. I'm guilty of playing with too many graphics too.

Speaking of, no I haven't given up doing my multiple snags, just been running and no time to sit and do more then one or two at a time. I know not everyone likes having things personalized, but I like doing those too. I will get back into more snags as soon as things calm down around here. It's summer too, remember? ::grin:: Don't give up on me.

I'm behind, yet AGAIN.. lol.. Like about 10 entries, so.. I will be playing catchup for the next few minutes!

Hope you brother continues in his recovery, sorry to read that the is still in hosp. Too bad that the Dr couldn't have had someone from his staff at least call or something if he wasn't going to make it back. I can see how that could worry somebody.
Yep AOL is apin for sure. If I just go through my verizon account and use IE then no problem, but going through AOL is SLOWER that a turtle stuck in glue! Have a good time at the cottage.
