~ Sunday Snapshots ~
Yeap, I did get up and get out to get some pictures. It was late morning when I got out of the house, and the day was gorgeous. The sun was shining and you'd never know it was late in October except for the colors and the smell of fall. Leaves burning in the country and pumpkins lining the roads. Perfect!!
I was headed to a park not far from my house that is used year round. On the way I passed a local golf course and grabbed some pictures of the lake across the street. I avoided the fishermen, but did get the bench that was storing some supplies. I then headed to the other park. During the summer months you can't find a place for a picnic, in the winter the hills are covered with skiers and children sledding. The day was clear and as I stood on the hill I could see the lake, and downtown. I zoomed in and grabbed a shot. It's not crisp, but it is also about 25 miles away. Give or take a few. In the foreground is Ralph Wilson Stadium, home of the Buffalo Bills. The white building is the indoor practice field. I was amazed I could see the fans filling the seats, and of course after the win today I decided to do a graphic. MJ I do hope you still love me. LOL I never in a million years thought the Bills would win today. Maybe next time your team needs to not look past the weaker team and play all their starters. :)
All in all the day was good. I spent time relaxing and enjoying the beauty of my neck of the woods. Watched some football, had a good dinner. A perfect Sunday. I hope everyone else had a great weekend. I will stop now before I bore you to tears. I could never come up with words to match the shots anyway.

Your photos are beautiful. I've driven through Buffalo on my way back from Niagra Falls, and even spent the night in a hotel right off the expressway. What I saw wasn't anything like this. Nowhere near this pretty. I bet against the Bills this past weekend because I figured they'd lose. It was the only game I had an opinion on besides the Bears. I thought they'd lose too. Guess I won't bet on football in the future.
