~ Where to Begin ~
I will start with the graphic. It's another shot I took while out on Sunday. Remember I ask that my personal pictures and/or collages not be snagged unless I state otherwise. I'm sure you understand that I like some of my things to be unique to my journal. You will always know when they are mine as I have my copyright (©DonnaDL) on them. I think I offer enough snags and tags to fit the bill, and I thank you in advance for honoring that wish.
The past couple of weeks have been a complete blur, but I do think I mentioned that I had a dentist appointment a while back for what I thought was going to be a slight adjustment. I had some pain and swelling. It was found at that point I had a root tip left behind that couldn't work its way out and it was abscessed. It was drained and I was put on antibiotics. The first time I could get in to have it removed was December. I was fine with that. Little pain and things were getting back on track. Or so I thought. Last week while visiting with my sister I had a pinch. Almost like I bit my cheek, but I hadn't. It was over as fast as it came on. The next day I woke to soreness and definitely more infection. Sure, the antibiotics were over a several days earlier. I called the dentist and she called in another script. There were a few cancellations and I was able to move up the December appointment to yesterday. YEAH!!
Did I say yeah? I've had so many issues that trips to dentist don't bother me anymore. I left work early and got to my appointment. Called back into the room and I was shot up with Novocain. A couple pinches as the needle went in and I felt nothing. The dentist reviewed the X-Rays from my earlier trip to see the culprit himself. He cut and began his work. Pushing and pulling. I could feel the pressure, not the pain. He scrapped, poked, and prodded. Pulled so hard my ass came off the chair. Pushed so hard I thought my jaw was going to disconnect. I saw pliers so big you could use them on MAC trucks. What came out? A freakin sliver!!! It felt like he cut my gum from one end to the other. I didn't bleed much, and when he was done he sent me on my way. The numbness wore off and I had a little pain. Not where he cut but my jaw. I'm swollen and bit bruised. I took a pain pill and it was off to lah lah land. I woke this morning to a sore jaw and the smallest cut you could imagine. How the hell did he get all those tools in that little hole? LMAO!!!! I'm still sore and a bit swollen but I think in the long run it will feel much better. Just remind me of this if I have to go back... I'm taking a seatbelt!
If that soreness and aggravation was not enough my sister was readmitted to the hospital today. They've narrowed a few things down and hopefully now they can treat her and get her to feeling better and comfy. Continued prayers and good thoughts are so appreciated. I'm at a loss as to how to help her. I wish I had a magic wand so bad!!!
Damn... time just flies. I hope all are well and happy. I am so sorry my visits and comments have been sporadic. Trying to cope....... I will be by tho.

Wow dear, *hugs* What an ordeal. 1st btw i love the collage it looks soo beyond beautiful. great job as always my dear :) My gosh unreal what u had to go thru at the dentist. thank god for painmeds, lol. That didnt sound good at all. i was squirming and im not u, lol. Uggh i would have hated it god bless u. But at least u got in there instead of dec thank goodness. It got taken care of and hopefully u will heal up and quickly. Im sorry hun ur sister got in the hospital again :( I will continue to pray for hera s always. i really hope they can help more to ease this pain. Im thinking of her and praying all the time.
