After a brief break, I've got a new editor who seems pretty awesome and am grabbing blog screenshots left and right and dashing off permission forms for everyone to sign in order to include their blog screenshot in the book.
Kevin Sites of HotZone is in the middle of a battlefield so he has a good excuse for not printing out, signing and faxing back the form but referred me to his contact at Yahoo! to take care of it.
Otherwise, just plugging along!
