I am remarkably tired tonight. We spent the day in and around Golden Gate Park. This windmill is located in the park and has a small area with tulips bulbs getting ready to burst forth with color. It is the Queen Wilhelmina Garden. There were some beautiful flowers just off to the left of the windmill and I will share them sometime next week. We drove 175 miles today, beginning here in the East Bay, crossing the Oakland/ San Francisco Bay Bridge and arriving in Golden Gate Park around noon. Later we drove down Highway 1, where we stopped and photographed three different lighthouses and some sights on the wharf in Santa Cruz. I am really tired tonight...but there is nothing like a whole day spent with my camera and the perfect light. I also updated my photo journal with a new block of ten photographs. Go have a look see when you can. I love hearing what you think.
