Thank you for sharing your very special kitty with everyone through your journal. I know she was such a joy, and so beautiful. And you've been such a good mommy to her!
I can't imagine how hard it must be to go to the shelter now and consider a new friend for Sophie. Give yourself and Sophie some time to grieve, and comfort each other. You'll know when it's time for a new addition to the family.
