Another entry on Sadie

Today I got Sadie's ashes in her urn.  I was surprised they came back so fast. Here is a picture of her urn.  It didn't turn out all that great but it gives you an idea:

I was telling Sophie that it was Sadie in there and she started loving all over it.  Here is a picture of that:

Does Sophie realize what she was doing? Probably not, but I am not going to think that way.  I am going to think that somehow she knew that our little Sadie is home for good now.

    The urn is nice.
    I've never seen one before.

I would say that Sophie knows exactly what she's doing:):):)

I'm glad that Sadie is back where she belongs.

    Sadie's urn is beautiful.

Many times, I've watched my cats react to strange noise outside, and I've found they watch each other closely as much as they rely on their own senses to assess things.  If one is at peace, the other one is less likely to get alarmed.

In the same way, Sophie takes her cues from you.  She may not understand everything in human terms, but I believe she's in tune with your feelings...and through you, she gets the sense that Sadie is home.

Of course she knows.  Cats are like that, you know.  Blessings, Penny http://journals.aol.com/firestormkids04/FromHeretoThere
