ETHICS

This is her sitting in my aviary most likely plotting what she'll attempt to get from me... BEWARE.

This woman doesn't give up! I have blocked her from every imaginable email, messaging service and she STILL continues to constantly try to 'get in'. She'll email me and tell ME to leave HER alone! She constantly goes on my website to see what's new but then claims she cares less about me, my web site, my life or my birds. Talk about issues. I finally took her entire story off my main web site in order to remove the trash and clutter for my friends etc. that frequent the web site and don't want to ruin their wonderful experience of the bird world. But yes, she's still contacting me running her mouth. Here's her latest email where she admits to her intentions of harrassing me til the end of time as long as I continue to inform the public against twisted folks like her. She claims to her friends and anyone else that will listen that she did indeed win the battle in court even though the judge dismissed with prejudice based on the fact he believed my case to be valid, but due to my mistake of calling her as my witness instead of waiting for her lawyer to call her and me cross examining her it was as if I presented her as MY evidence. (I won the first case, the second case dismissed with prejudice-NO WIN on either side- so she never won a Judge's approval unlike me. ) Her testimony in the second trial TOTALLY contradicted her testimony in the first trial. First trial she said she gave everything back. Second trial she claimed I GAVE everything to her. Which is it? ... I am not the type of person to take people to court, I usually cut my losses when I encounter dishonest people that steal from me, and move on weith my life. Less stress over drama. BUT .. since she had posession of LIVE ANIMALS that belong to me, I was worried for their welfare and felt the need to take her to court in order to get THEM back. Since she never intended on giving them back and would go to any lengths to keep my birds (and cages etc.) from me .. all I could hope for was the money, not the birds. It was never the money that I wanted. I simply wanted my birds out of harm's way and back home where they belonged. There was no point in continuing her stressful game that had already gone onfor over 6 months. I digressed and moved on. I can only hope my poor poor birds have found a home elsewhere and are truly loved and cared for. It's a shame this woman feels the need to hurt anyone/anything that comes into her life simply to be a drama queen and in the process ruin the only happiness she could have had along with destroy any sympathyfrom the ones that once cared for her. I hope she's happy with the bed she has made for herself and just leaves those that she's hurt in her path (including her children) alone finally. Here's her latest email she sent me after she kept emailing me and I told her to stop.

 I am displaying this to as many people as I can possibly reach. Many times we run into people like this girl in our lives and just need to vent. This is one of those times for me. For now this is for everyone to post their thoughts on the matter ... so leave a comment, your two cents or twenty, it doesn't matter I just want her to see other's opinions on this childish crap she's pulling ..

This girl was supposed to be my BEST FRIEND .. gosh with friends like this .. who needs enemies? :(

Here's the story, not short enough n not so sweet:

I've Known this girl since she lived next door to me 8 years ago. She befriended me after her husband high tailed it away from her with her children. She acted impressed with my hobby of breeding birds and constantly told me how she'd give anything to be able to do what I've done with the parrots. After hearing her cry many times about her ex husband taking the kids, moving to Indiana & Remarrying, I decided to let her 'help' around in the bird room to take her mind off her constant depression. I let her get acquainted with how things work and how to handfeed etc. in the hopes to one day help her to start her own hobbyist breeding flock as she often said she wish she could have. In the meantime she begged to handfeed babies for me, hold single birds not paired up, ones coming out of breeding to gain weight and strength back before reintroducing them into the flights etc. I entrusted her with a clutch of baby tiels only to have them brought back a few weeks later in deep trouble, starved, cold and on death's door. The whole clutch perished within 48 hours of starvation. I decided best to not let her take home any babies so young in the future due to her work schedule I felt was too steep for the frequent feedings of newly pulled chicks. She begged and begged for me to let her take home breeding pairs and set them up. The agreement was to let them breed at her house, once the babies were old enough to be pulled for handfeeding the pair and babies would be returned to me. This was a fiasco .. she'd tell me the eggs weren't fertile, but instead of taking them down, she'd let them double clutch. Stick eggs in her incubator that she originally purchased for button quail I gave her due to them killing a baby tiel of mine and she asked if she could have them. It became sucha habit, I decided it's time to let her in charge of her own flock of birds and return mine to me.. without trying to upset her (as she often threw tantrums and crying fits thinking I no longer liked her, felt her incapable or didn't want to be friends with her anymore) I decided to collect my birds a few at a time to not alarm her. I purchased her a pair of lovebirds (Twinky & Zinger) to start her own flock only with lovebirds, not tiels. Thinking this would make it seem less mean if I got her into Lovies, she'd no longer hound me over my tiels .........

         Aghhhhhhh this is going to take forever.. Long story made hopefully hella shorter than it would be otherwise .. tons of dead birds later .. my property all in her dayum garage/home ...

         ...the last time I saw her was one morning she was supposed to bring some tiels she was holding that I had posted for sale. She didn't want to bring them before she took a nap (I had an appointment for pick up of the birds that morning) I offered to pick the birds up, she told me no.. let her sleep then shell bring them over herself. I once again urged her to bring them or let me pick them up .. thats when hell broke loose. She cursed me out hung up the phone and I sat there for a minute collected my thoughts and texted her back telling her she wont gunna speak to me all kinda ways. She calls me back tells me to let her sleep and then shell bring them over to me. But I insisted once again to either bring them over now or let me come get them as I had someone due over for them any minute. She tells me NO .. she's going to sleep. I then tell her Im coming to pick them up she can sleep whatever but Ill have the birds, shell have her sleep everybodys happy. Thats when she tells me that if I come over for my birds I better bring the Police with me. ........ Ah hail naw. .. After constantly blowing up my HOUSE phone ANNNNNND cell phone (I dont talk to ANYONE when you piss me off ... best to stay away til I'm cool) She refused to bring anything until I talked to her (which wont happn'n in my upset state) All I wanted to hear was either you're coming with my birds or you're letting me come get them.. otherwise there's nothing to discuss. YES at this moment Heidi.. you're right when you said "I know what you want to do.. you're trying to get me to give you everything I have of yours over here so you don't ever have to deal with me again" ... YESSSSSSSS GOOD GUESS. She finally (after mega az kissing) brought me the birds the man was coming to pick up but refused to bring the amazon, her cage, other cages, stands, nestboxes, xbox game, 4 babies she hatched out over there from my pairs and a brother and sister her dumbaz paired up who's also the one's parents (kenshin and lilo) ... promised to bring the rest of my birds and belongings the following week (Surprise surprise Gomer .. guess what) .. She never showed up on the 9th, never called, returned my calls, my emails, my pleas for my birds and things back.... sooooooooooo I had to take it to court. After a few months back n forth in court the trial came and went .. I WON! .. Victory? I think not ... the wench appealed the ruling. (How does anyone grant an appeal to such a rediculously lying defendant) So ... NOWWWWWWW I have to go back on March 28th and do this crap all over again .. only this time miss peach .. I have not one .. not two ... but 6 witnesses to everything that has transpired between us. I have your lying testimony from the last trial and with everything you done put in writing so far ... you're as good as hung. I hope you didn't pay your lawyer too much girl cause he's one of the things that helped to hang you for the second round.. so that there check those clerks in the courthouse are holding totalling what you owe me for what you've stolen from me plus interest .. won't even begin to touch what you've done to my heart by stealing my sweet birds and putting them through god knows what .. but don't step foot where your ground aint solid. I really hope you learn a lesson from all of this woman .. Although after speaking to just about everyone in your former family.. I DOUBT it. You haven't changed nor do we all see the possibility just because SOMEONE ELSE wouldnt lay down and take it from you.

   Oh BTW ..Try calling your kids every now and then will ya? She's your daughter .. you never even called her on her birthday .. EITHER of them!! You ought to be ashamed of yourself doing your own family like that!

UPDATE:

Court was held on March 28th & was Dissmissed due to my lack of knowlege of how thelegal system works... NOT BECAUSE HEIDI proved her side. As a matter of fact, Heidi in the first trial that I won testified she GAVE EVERYTHING BACK.. but in the new trial she testified I GAVE HER EVERYTHING.. which is it miss lying wench??

  It's ok .. glad you didn't show up at the convention, everybody was well aware of what you've done to me and Twinky & Zingers breeder knows how you denied ever knowing seeing or owning them BTW.. nice start you got in the bird fancier world... NOT. HOW DARE YOU tell a girl who emailed you that you know of no trust worthy breeders, I don't consider YOU a breeder, you're a lying bird laborer & killer! Everyone in this hobby knows your name, your face & the reputation you have ultimately given yourself. NICE JOB! Now .. how does it feel to have paid a lawyer for birds and equipment that you stole from me? One way or the other .. as I said before .. You paid! Was it worth stealing Heidi Gamblin? ....But the buck don't stop there .. to be continued........
