We also have Krissy's photo shoot, the AOL Community Photo Challenge and there is a Round Robin Photo Shoot. That's FIVE photo opportunities! Do we need more? Not really! Is that going to stop me? NO!
Future challenges I'll be presenting will be "I bought this (second hand item) at ___________" Example: garage sale, flea market, e-bay, thrift shop. Then I want to hear WHY you bought it, what are you going to do with it? Another challenge might be "I found this ___________". Tell us how you found it - while on a walk, under your child's bed, in the garage ... the list is only limited by your imagination!

First of all, let me introduce you to a future wedding photographer! This little flower girl was more interested in photographing the events then being a flower girl. She had that camera and she was everywhere. :-) Talk about stiff competition for the shot!
I've been seriously considering dropping the Sunday Song photo Shoot. It wasn't meant to be a hard photo challenge! Instead I'm thinking of just doing a regular photo challenge and hopefully more people will feel motivated to play along.
Martha has the monthly favorite, and an 'ABC' photo shoot going on. I'm thinking about my 'A' subjects. Yes, Martha, that means I'm seriously considering joining you in this challenge!

It was this current 'Sunday Song Photo Shoot' that got me thinking about redoing the challenge. 'Every Picture Tells a Story' was the current song. I'm playing with that theme, incorporating it into a "regular" photo challenge.
The idea is to find challenges that can be done using your camera at home, in the yard, around town when you are running errands and so on. The rule- keep it simple, keep it FUN! So, do I hear you asking how does that tie into the 'Every Picture Tells a Story'? Glad you asked! I'll give you a sample of a few upcoming photo challenges I've planned.

So, does this sound like something doable? Will you be willing to play with me? I'm wanting to start this after Easter and I will post this challenge mid-week. You will be able to post your photo anytime during the week.

Monica; this little girl is adorable!! I bet she did have fun snapping pictures at the wedding!
I like your future photo challenge idea; I like the song one too. I know there's lots of photo challenges out there but people like participating in them plus it helps get others to check out journals. I'm looking forward to hearing your new ones and participating in them; I like the ideas you came up with already for them :)

Of course I'll try to play along with whatever challenges you decide on!
In my opinion, the more challenges the merrier, doesn't mean we have to play along with every single one every time, just gives us more opportunities to fit in the photos we want to show and keeps our eyes and minds sharp thinking about finding a shot for the challenges in time.
As you know, I've tried a few different challenges with little or no participation. I guess all we can do is keep playing around with the ideas until we find the ones that work.
Martha :-)
