Everyone get your cameras ready!  It's time to start "Every Picture Tells a Story".  Let's keep this simple and fun!

I will post a subject, you go photograph it and tell us the story behind the picture. :-)  It means using your camera, using your words and best of all getting to know each other at least a wee bit better! :-)

On Tuesdays I will post the subject and the following Monday I will post all the links to those who participate. 

Let's just get on it with it!

This weeks photo/story:

I collect ________________ (dust bunnies, spoons, dogs, rings, etc).  Share a photo of what you collect and tell us how or when you got started with the collection.  Is there something you are looking to add to the collection?

As for myself, it seems I collect memories (and dust bunnies)!  Here is only a small sampling of the albums of photographs I have.  There are albums, envelopes, boxes and more photographs on the wall!  Every where you look in this house you find photos.  It really didn't start out as a "collection".  But, it has been an obsession for sometime!

Below are a few photographs showing my "collection" of memories.  When I feel blue or I miss a child of mine all I have to do is search out my collection of memories.  What do I want to add to my "collection"  ... that's easy!  Photographs of my newest granddaughter  who will be 6 months old and of course her beautiful older sister. :-)

I couldn't just leave them on the shelve.  The dog kept looking at me like I lost my mind when I dumped them all on the floor and then I started flipping through the pages - what smiles they provided!

We can't forget the work "collection" below.  Some day I'll have to share my "real" collections. :-)
