Time once again for our 'Every Picture Tells a Story' #3!

This weeks photo/story is: I found this _______________ (seashell, ring, cobweb, flower, rare stamp)  Where and how did you find it? Do you often find "treasures"?

Photos and stories due by Monday the 14th at noon pacific standard time. :-)  As always I look forward to seeing what treasures you have found!

Several months ago I read a story in readers digest about a woman who's loved one had passed away.  I forget the whole story, but, there was a connection with dimes.  I think he told her if she found dimes, it was him thinking of her.  And after his death she kept finding dimes.

Well, I looked up to the sky and jokingly said "Mom, why don't you ever send me dimes when you think of me!?!?"  Well, it seems after that, I have been finding dimes ALL over!  I've found them at work (usually in odd places), at home - for example: last night I found one in (as in between the sheets) of my bed!  This after an unusually stressful day and I had gone to bed full of worries.

Every time I have found a dime, it's been when I needed a little inspiration, a little help, a little comfort.  I started saving all the dimes I find in unusual places in a hand blown mini pitcher that I had bought because it reminded me of my mom.  I had bought it a few years before I started finding the dimes.  The little blue pitcher now contains about $20.00 worth of dimes - this after Sonny and I raided it once to buy a little gas!
