Presidential Candidate for Illegal Surveillance
 
Candidate for President, Republican Fred Thompson, admits to having obstructed justice by informing the counsel for Richard Nixon that the Watergate investigations committee, of which Thompson was a part, had learned of Nixon's illegal surveillance program.
