Documentation surfaces regarding torture techniques employed for purposes of "interrogation". It's not much different from the treatment of those who suffer from bio-electromagnetic weapons and synthetic telepathy in Gulag E. Same perps, same sadist anti-Christian wanna be God philosophy.
