Bush Orders are Dictates

Bush Want's You to Know That He Can Cut You Off
 
 
Step one. As dictator make it known that the Decider alone decides when something is dangerous or not, or whether it is right or wrong or not, and then threaten to cut people off if they disagree. New executive order makes it clear:
 
Executive Order: Blocking Property of Certain Persons Who Threaten Stabilization Efforts in Iraq
 
Step two. Start rattling the new sabre the dictator just invented, accusing people of using their free speech in a dangerous fashion:
