The Blackwater story linked below reeks to high heaven. Just as Blackwater gets into a ton of trouble they make a grand stand show of how necessary they are. The first thing that came to my mind was the well known phenomenon of fire fighters who turn arsonists in order to become heroes. It sounds like a setup to me. Which would mean they're uber desperate.

The fires that were set in women's bathrooms also seem to be part of a desperate ploy to intimidate and terrorize Congress. What's more is that such events are part of MKULTRA/CIA speak. Translating such events is rather subjective since they're only suggestive. But among other things the number four is used as a reference to the four major Nazi families. After that, it can be used for a code meaning simply "no". And the reason that people should listen when Nazi families say no is that they intend to get their revenge in ways that are suggestive. That is, they intend to commit acts of terrorism to let people know how they feel about things. In MKULTRA speak, they seem to be having issues with the media, hence the fires were set in bathrooms. While any or all of it is suggestive, such as that they may intend to use arson, blackmail, or mind control technologies, you can be sure that it doesn't suggest anything good.

 

Interpretation of such things is rather subjective, which is how it's meant to be. It's not like alpha numeric codes of the past, it's more of an art form. They teach it to analysts, and then intimidate the analysts with the same form of metaphorological encoding which they cause to occur in actual events. For this they employ types of numerology and "new speak" of their very own meant to disable critical thinking, but able still to convey the terrorist message they wish to relay. And it's not unlike the earlier assault on congress where feces were found. Basically it says "enough of your sh!te".  Yes, I know, it's all quite insane, and quite desperate. Remember that the people in charge have mind controlled themselves into their own delusional thinking.
