Who Says Playing Games is a Waste of Time?!

Take a look at this website on past games which professors at Cornell University's Carl A. Knoch library have designed. It has games as far as back as the 1800s & from many different cultures. They demonstrate how games are not only fun but teach us a great deal about social values & mores!

When is the last time you played a game? Try having a game night once a month! Maybe it is with the kids or invite a bunch of friend over. Maybe each month a different person's house. Everyone brings a dish to eat? With summer great time to grill out & play games outside. Nothing better than playing Hide & Seek with kids! Ha!
