Neighbor's Dogs and Christmas Presents Idea

Preview

Preview

We have a new neighbor Don and his dogs, moved into our neighborhood during the summer.  Fencing in his yard, he left enclose three-season screen porch, door open with plenty of food and water, shelter if it should rain.  You would think its great plan, allowing the dogs to remain outside instead of being coupe up in the house while he is working.  WRONG, they found a way to escape!!!!

I was working in my yard all day, when the dogs scampered into my yard, ran back home trying to back into the backyard.  Don was just returning home when I let Don know about the little buggers escape.

As you can see they are beautiful dogs!!!! I happen to be taking photos when the escapes happen and the return of their owner.  I took a couple of photos of the dogs.

The photos really came out great!!! Idea!!!!! Our neighbors exchange token gifts during the holidays.  Don will be receiving framed photos of his dogs. Then I thought, why not try and capture photos of the other neighbors, homes, children and also give out photos......shopping is finished for the neighbors....this is first for me!!!!

Your garden is beautiful! I have a brown thumb here in Vegas. My husband and I are thinking of visiting your beautiful town in the spring. I have never been to the Northeastern states. I am off to buy some aloe vera plants for my window box, as it is all I can keep alive here. My yard gets direct sun most of the day.:( Oh, I wanted to say that gifts that you make are the best kind! So surprise them with your photos:) )

Both dogs were adopted, love and treated well now. The gray dog sadly was abused, he is warming up to me....I'm determined to win him over :). If you look at him, he has a sad look, poor baby.

OHHHHH....their little personalities just JUMP out at me!  The first looks good natured, but ready to go along with whatever the second comes up with.  That said, #2 looks like a little trickster.

You knew I'd LOVE these!  What a wonderful, thoughtful gift idea as well.

    :)
