My sister Judi and her friend Jean visited us this past weekend, a very short visit but fun time and compact time.
 
Saturday morning while having breakfast, Jean came up with idea let's go Cover Bridge exploring after they heard about my project with NH.com, NH Cover Bridges. While we showered and dressed, Bob mapped our day, we will visit six Covered Bridges. Finding the bridges, it's an excellent opportunity to explore the surrounding areas.

SWIFTWATER BRIDGE - New Hampshire Covered Bridges

I love looking the colors and textures of the river rocks.

The Blue Whale, what he called himself, I didn't see him in the shadows of the waters swimming.  Suprisingly the water wasn't too cold but I do think this will be his last swim of the season.

  You got me thinking about "The Bridges of Madison County",  I've always loved covered bridges myself.  I have a picture somewhere of me and my sisters somewhere in North Georgia on one.  Great entry.
