Your child comes home from school and says, "Mommie, did you know that if I wanted to have sex I could get condoms and birth control and I don't have to tell you about it." Mommie responds, "Honey, where did you hear that from." Your child says, " The school counselor told me."

Clearly, homosexuality being morally correct, isn't agreed by all. Would it be right to teach this as truth?
We agree that religion is an individual personal choice. Some say the solution to honoring personal beliefs is it should not be allowed within our schools. The separation of religion and state, the some say, was the debate. Well then, the same dilemma remains. What is a moral or religious issue? Is even the separation of religion and state, a moral and ethical choice?
When we say a certain behavior is right or when we teach theory as truth, we are defining a new religious system. Atheism is a religious viewpoint. It simply doesn't belief in God. Evolutionists and scientists speak a dialogue that doesn't have a question at the end of each of their statements. Its a period, simulating a definite. These theories are taught as fact in our schools. Do this. Go spend 20 minutes watching the discovery channel and you will understand. Put a camera in a teaching room and see how the teaching evolves to a definite.
There is no God in evolution, so its taught as correct. There is no God in the debate of homosexuality, so its taught as good. There is no God upholding abortion as good. So its legal. So its allowed.
No God. No God. No God, is how the future debates of other issues will be argued and thus become law. It will be allowed, as it is today. Should "The No God Reasoning", the some who say, honors separation of state and religion; is this still a moral issue? Obviously its a political issue but I argue its a moral issue as well. "No God" or "Yes God," is still a religious take, that branches a mental system, which gives permission to future American laws, that then touches our schools.
Psychologically, whatever we teach in our schools, becomes a mindful truth simply because its being allowed. Clearly the moral compass in our education system is no longer about math or spelling. Its slowly becoming a controlled institution against the noble American theory of the Great Melting Pot.
The "No God Branches of Teaching" and the "Yes God Branches of Teaching," both are and always will be moral conclusions. There is no law that exists, where morals and ethics don't define it. That is what a law is. Its not about what is anymore, its about what's being allowed.- Raven Smith

FACT: Birth control education has done nothing to lower teenage pregnancy or disease. Why? Education subconsciously teaches that a certain behavior is acceptable. An individual value system doesnt come from teaching kids about birth control. It says you can have sex but be protected. Trust me, condoms delivered at schools DOES condone sexual activity, whether the counselor says it or not.
What we teach in our schools, delivers a value system. The next school that offers a 10 years study which focuses on abstinence, self-worth and digntiy with show more results than any other school who teaches birth control and disease. I would love to challenge a high school to such a task. Its one of those reading between the lines and not thinking intellectually at the surface. -
You need to be careful with the logic path here. School do not necessary say things are right. The point is that our country is made up of many different religions who do define these issues differently. We are a country which allows & respects people to believe in their own religion. If a school was to preach the Islamic faith belief system in a public school many would be upset. This is the same for Catholic or Christian faith being taught in a pubic school. To provide a condom does not mean you are condoning sex of any type or any time. Someone gives me a condom does not mean I have to use it! In fact if you look at the research you will see sex education & passing out condoms does not increase sexual activity. If one wants just their religious beliefs to be taught, then one can send their children to Catholic school or Greek School etc. If anything, public school should balance all religious beliefs. Teach all viewpoints. The APA does not consider Homosexuality "Abnormal". I do not recall any public school saying life does not begin at conception. They just do not say when it does begin. They call it a fetus but that does not mean it is not life or they do not directly say life has not started one way or the other. We only teach a viewpoint as "truth" if one does that instead of stating their are multiple viewpoints & beliefs. Heck, even a specific religious school will not go over other belief systems. There is no ONE GOD in any of them...isn't it lovely they leave it to families to decide what GOD you want to believe and teach your children what you want. Then hey guess what, later your child will grow up & make their own decisions which may go against what you taught them, because they get to decide for themselves! It is not just NO God but WHAT God! Unless you are saying that AMERICA should be only 1 God!?

Another topic-
A girlfriend of mine who believes teaching her kids about birth control and condoms was the solution to her worries. I asked her, what about abstinance? Her reponse was "That wasnt realistic." Now mind you, she did tell her children she didnt want them to be sexual because they could get pregant or a disease. What she missed is her primary focus in teaching. If you spend 70% of your energy on birth control and condoms, it doesn't carry the same mount of importance as the 25% of the energy you might into practicing celibacy. If you spend 90% of you time on teaching your kids about birth control and pregnancy, verses celibacy, you teach your kids what you really value. The quantity of time your passionate about when teaching your kids, is the most important. It will stand out in their heads.
