Ann Coulter is the Conservative, whose unpopular even amongst her own
Ann Coulter conducted an interview on the Today Show with Matt Lauper, where her nutty, estrogen valve was turn up full blown. She was argumentative and went AWOL with extremist views that really added up to very little. She constantly talked over Matt and didn't hold a fair debate. She came across like the only interview she would allow is where she asked the questions and only she could answered them.
Ann Coulter was denounced by republican conservatives. She is no longer a columnist for the National Review and was dropped from MSNBC. I'm a republican and a Christian but I find Ann has inappropriate, drama related pattern's in how she addresses her concerns; thus her attacks hit the news and her opinions are foggy.
I do agree with her that our administration was falsely blamed for the 911 attacks. I found myself frustrated too but I realize the shock many of us were in. An attack on American land did leave some without reasonable conclusions, and when I heard criticism from past presidents it only fueled their own hypocrisy. It's a simple fact- that if Clinton, Reagan or any other president was holding office, those attacks would have still happened. How can I draw such conclusions? Well, here is the common sense lingo for those or you who want to pin point the Bush Administration-- The reason why changes took place after 911 to secure Airline travels is because during the Clinton Administration, George Bush and the Reagan Administration and so on...none of them had done it yet! Wow, how much of a genius am I, maybe some will get that now. The changes came afterwards folks, where other leaders of our great nation had missed that opportunity. It happened during the Bush administration so he gets blamed, and Clinton can just count himself lucky. The question is can these changes guarantee us 100% safety?
The answer is absolutely, no! There is no way to protect America 100%. The perfection in the ability to monitor the activity of millions of people traveling in America canonly be obtained by God. We have made changes but believe me on this, no program is capable of protecting us at all times from everyone. It's probably a good idea we get a little realistic in what we expect from a government. We don't have the perfection of God resources. I'm off on a tangent here, so lets get back to Ms. Ann.
I realize Ann understands this but what she continually misses is democracy allows the voices of ALL Americans to be heard. She wants to shut the voices of everyone but hers.
Her new book, Godless: The Church of Liberalism , will probably be her last book she will ever write, unless the next one is her autobiography. (smile) She put down the widows of 911, as if their suffering offered them a free publicity ride and a book deal was their reward. She says, "Woman use their grief to make a political point," and my response to Ann is, "AND?" We don't need an experience to have this right to speak but if the platform of experience comes, you would be a fool not to use it. Ann's issues with the widow's freedom of speech are erroneous; more than likely, Ann's venting is a symptom of personal frustrations with her work and life.
Some of her comments:
America should "invade their [terrorists'] countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity"
Coulter stated that "my only regret with Timothy McVeigh is he did not go to the New York Times building."
She referred to the Democratic Party as the "Spawn of Satan convention," although this is a controversial statement, many Christians agree with her on this. The abortion issue is a big divider between the parties, so its not that everything she says is unreceived but that everything she says has an inappropriate attack.
On the today show Matt was doing his best to interject and she responded, "Are you getting snippy with me?" Hey Ann, its you who had the snippy vibe goin during the whole interview;nonetheless her emotions tend to rule her liken a female version of Howard Stern. What the galneeds is a very long vacation, time to reflect and less talking.
