Rio Grande Valley Association of the Deaf, Inc. in McAllen, Texas is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to raising and distributing funds for various charitable, educational, and cultural programs. The non-profit organizations and programs that benefit seek to improve the quality of life for individuals in the community, and to promote education and awareness of individual human rights.
