We had a bad day :(
I don't think I mentioned it before but I got a new puppy German Shepherd whom I named Heidi. She's a vibrant, fiesty little girl. Today we had an accident in the backyard. I have no idea how this happened but my guess is that she was playing with my older dog and fell. She started to cry and yelp. I brought her inside and she was really limping and still crying out a little. I then took her the Animal ER and $567 dollars later we have this.......a fratured leg bone near the shoulder joint. Poor baby. It just broke my heart.

that is heartbreaking, I hate when my dog is sick or hurt in any way. And the sad face is too much. Heidi will be good as new before you know it.

Poor Heidi, she looks so sad laying there with the cast. I just hate to see animals hurt, especially something serious.
