    Thats a roseate spoonbill!!!!!!  I'm telling you you could sell these pics to National Geographic.  Please go purchase or borrow from the library a "Photographers Market" book.

    This is a Rosate Spoonbill.  Sometimes we call them A Rose Billed Pink Heron because it's a member of the Heron family. Did you get my Email...they were almost extinct, numbering only 30.  They were killed for their feathers for ladies hats.  I have few in the retention pond near me...Beautiful aren't they?
