The gorgeous, heavy-as-a-Vegas-phone book- invitation in the silver and black sealed box was stunning and the extraordinary photograph of sexy Pamela Anderson on the inside front cover immediately had tongues wagging and wondering if it was a wedding invitation. Not so fast folks! But, considering it came from handsome eligible multi-millionaire bachelor Laurence Hallier, it sure indicates the couple is closerthanthis.
I’ll check the romance rumors when I meet both of them tonight at his 24th floor, three-story, 6,300 sq.ft. regal residence at Panorama Towers. Laurence is throwing Pamela a party to welcome her as the newest resident of his three Panorama Towers condo projects, and it will be the first time guests get a look inside. Already I’m wondering if the two other main celebrity residents, Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire, will be there too. I do know that Pamela has enlisted the help of my pal, American Idol host, Ryan Seacrest, to MC a silent auction to benefit her favorite PETA charity group, and we’ve all been asked to come fur-free!!
The party also marks the groundbreaking of the complex’s third tower, Panorama North. Although the real estate mogul wasn’t spotted at her foray into the Pussycat Dolls two weeks ago at Pure in Caesars Palace, it is now believed he was waiting for her at our McCarran Airport in his own Hawker 800A mid-size private jet to fly her back to Los Angeles still in her red, white and blue sparkly sequined striptease outfit. The jet is large enough to hop scotch the world. Hallier who admits he uses it to fly celebrities in and out of Hollywood says about his unidentified gal pal: "She loves it. It’s pretty popular with everybody. It’s a huge luxury." The former owner of Taxi Tops that was sold to Clear Channel for a whopping $120 million also maintains a home in Hollywood for weekends where he tools around in a Bentley Flying Spur and a Mercedes SL65. British newspapers have already proclaimed with huge headlines that the couple is dating seriously and I plan to find out exactly that tonight -- so you’d better be here Monday morning for the full true story!
My friend Iron Chef Kerry Simon who has a restaurant at the Hard Rock Hotel will operate a high-end hangout to be called Canteen for grocery items, bakery items and quick on the go meals. Hallier will also have a Tower 4 sales office open later this year!

Sixteen Candles and Breakfast Club star (and Saturday Night Live alum) Anthony Michael Hall who has starred in more than 50 different TV and movie projects, has his eyes squarely on Vegas for his next movie project. He’s already got agreements with Wayne Newton to join the cast. He’ll be filming scenes at George Maloof’s super hot and hip Palms resort, at my friend Michael Boychuck’s AMP Afterhours Beauty Salon treatment and at Michael’s wife Karen Raider’s Crazy Girls show at the Riviera. Keep checking Luxe Life as the project develops and I’m able to reveal new secrets.
It was only when I took our AOL Vegas Video cameras to shoot an upcoming episode of Luxe Life at AMP that I learned about the movie as adult film actress Sophia Rossi and beauty technician Amy Scott gave the hair colorist to the stars their thank you kiss!! Michael just got a "thumbs up" from gorgeous Susan Anton, who stars in Hairspray at the Luxor. The singer told our friends at Las Vegas Magazine "he is absolutely the best. I can’t say enough good about him". Susan herself admits to three visits a week to our Red Rock Canyon to breathe in Mother Nature’s splendor -- and recommends it to out of town visitors as the best escape from the Strip!
When the Moon Whacks Your Eye
The mob is back on the Strip with a vengeance – but it’s all for the sake of a good laugh. The newly-opened Soprano’s Last Supper at the Krave Nightclub in the Aladdin is winning raves. Frank Marino from La Cage was one of the first Strip stars to book a table for the interactive dinner show. The cast of 20 stars features singer Janien Valentine as Dee Dee Diamond. She previously starred in Starlight Express, Notre Dame de Paris and for the past 3 years, co-sang with Clint Holmes at Harrah’s. The comedy-musical dance-fest starts nightly at 5PM with an enormous traditional Italian menu and then at 6PM, the gorgeous Bada Bang dancers kickoff the mob hit! Don’t be surprised if you get inducted into the mob. Tony Baritone played by Lou Diamond will make you an offer you can’t refuse and I promise nobody goes home… hungry!!!
Rock, Paper, Seriously?
$50,000 was at stake as first prize in the official Bud Light/USA Rock Paper Scissors League national tournament won by a 30-year-old Omaha, Nebraska student David McGill. His final rounds were refereed by Nevada boxing veteran Richard Steele inside a miniature fight ring on the stage of the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay. I’d no idea there was a league for one of the oldest pub-games in the world, but only natural that Vegas would host the first ever offbeat tournament where fans and competitors dressed in zany interpretations of rocks, paper and scissors of course! For the record, rock beats scissors, scissors beats paper, paper beats rock. Each player had to participate in three throws with a bout decided by the best of those three engagements and a match as the best of three bouts: nine games in all! It was so successful that the second annual tournament will return to Vegas next year!
Robin’s Royal Rundown
Will Britney Spears join her husband Kevin Federline tonight as he gives a listening party at 10PM at Pure for his new album "Playing with Fire?" He might be doing just that if he leaves the missuses at home in Malibu and his eyes wander! We’ll be watching! Also at Caesars earlier in the evening is the start of a series of outdoor ‘Concert Under the Stars’ in the Roman Plaza Amphitheatre right on the Strip with rock’s legendary guitarist Peter Frampton who’s celebrating his birthday that same day. So expect him to party at Pure afterwards too!
