In Her Own Words -- Pamela Anderson's Love and Marriage with Kid Rock

PLUS, LATER TODAY, OUR REGULAR LUXE LIFE JOURNAL WITH:

  • Britney & Kevin's wild wacky weekend
  • Lindsay & Harry's romantic ride through her stormy film-studio feud.

  • "I'm definitely rocking the most -- I'm Mrs. Rock. It was the best most romantic wedding of all time. It was the ultimate rock 'n' roll wedding. I'm better than fantastic and fabulous -- I'm feeling Pamtastic and Pamulous! This is just the beginning. It's a great day in France and it's getting wilder by the moment."…

… and so the first words from Pamela Anderson after her shipboard weekend marriage to Kid Rock in St. Tropez on the French Riviera. Her wedding weekend, which had started in near disaster here in Vegas when she was vulgarly and
verbally assaulted by comic Brad Garrett's four-letter-word filth festival at a "roast" for her poker partner Doyle Brunson, turned to triumph on the high-seas. Her first wedding gift was the news that their new website www.pamelapoker.com had broken every possible record number of player-hits. Her 2nd gift was a phone call to the luxury yacht Thunder Gulch, confirming she's won a multi-million-dollar contract for her own line of hair care products and sunscreens for both people and animals from BedHead! "Poker is fun," said Pamela. "I'm at the top because Doyle is my teacher. My kids play it. My father always told me it was a good thing to know. I've learned from the best and my new husband plays it too."

This morning she and her new husband are on board their floating honeymoon headquarters which he's renting for nearly $300,000.The luxury, Dutch-built, 1999 vessel has a crew of 11 to serve them and their eight guests. They've been swimming, windsurfing, jet-skiing and water-skiing all weekend.

Pamela, 39 and Kid Rock (Robert Ritchie), 35, exchanged marriage vows with the 'Stacked' star wearing a tiny white mini-dress topped by the veil she'd shown us 3-days earlier here in Vegas. She carried a posy of white lilies, but right afterwards the former 'Baywatch' babe stripped it off to showcase the white, string-netting bikini she'd worn underneath. The couple wound up marching down nearby Pampelone Beach -- she in the brief, bust-out bikini and drinking champagne and he, bare-chested, bowler-hatted and smoking a cigar. "I don't think Bob really believed five years ago he would be getting married in St. Tropez," she laughed. I'm not the nervous one but he even wrote a couple of songs for the wedding."

Inside views of Pamela and Kid's "floating honeymoon headquarters."

"She was the most beautiful bride I've ever seen," said Jimmy Choo owner Tamara Mellon, who gave Pamela her wedding ceremony white-diamond studded spiked high-heel shoes. "She looked like a modern-day Brigitte Bardot. When Kid Rock gave her a long, real good kiss after they made their promises to each other, everybody was crying, including them. He was the total rock star!" Elton John remained behind, here at Caesars Palace, but his husband David Furnish attended and said, "This was one real rock wedding." Elton's Red Piano show director, erotic fashion photographer David LaChapelle, flew with Pamela from Vegas and served as "matron of honor." She rewarded him with a sexy, grinding lap-dance in full-view of all the guests!

(Incidentally Brad Garrett had the tables turned on him at the weekend when he went to see Elton's show at Caesars. During the Pamela stripper pole video sequence to his 'Bitch is Back' number, a whole group of Pamela fans sitting just two rows in front of Brad turned and gave him "death stares," according to my friend, entertainer Larry Edwards in the Pam-gang.)

The lounging areas of the yacht Thunder Gulch, where Pamela and Kid are spending their Honeymoon.

Pamela and Kid's romance actually began back in the spring of 2001 and they first got engaged here in Las Vegas on April 11, 2002. I wrote about that disastrous proposal when they motorcycled into the surrounding desert, where Kid's friend Uncle Kracker, dressed as Elvis, waited in a vintage car with the ring. But the car blew up on the return drive back into town, they abandoned it, and the owner threatened to sue for $10,000 in damages. Now he's willing to give it to them as another wedding gift! A year later though they split up, but Pamela admits she waited it out. Over the in-between years they kept in touch though. They were together for the VH1 Christmas special filmed November 2003 at his Detroit home, they met up in August 2004 when she launched her novel, in September 2005 they were seen together shopping near her Malibu Beach home, and two months later he appeared on her Fox-TV show 'Stacked'. Then last month, on a friend's yacht in St. Tropez, they finally realized they should never have broken up. On July 11 Rock said, "It's like we'd never been apart. I still love her to death." And exactly one week later they were engaged, and then 11-days later they tied the knot!!

The area of the Thunder Gulch where "the magic happens."

"It has been a whirlwind," said Pamela, who has two sons, Brandon, 10, and Dylan, 8, from her 3-year-marriage to Motley Crue's drummer Tommy Lee. "It may all seem spontaneous, but it's well thought through. This is really a good decision. I want to get re-married. I like that state. It's important for my children -- they are all the most important people in my life. He's my miracle. He kept on coming back and now I'm in love and very happy. My life is moving forward and I see the light. I feel like I'm finally free."

Pamela has a bit of trouble with a banner at her recent press conference.

When I chatted with Pamela backstage here at the Rio five-days ago, she also confirmed that she'd turned down two recent Broadway shows being staged in Vegas. She nixed the wicked stepmother role in 'Hairspray,' which had a 3-month run at the Luxor and has just rejected the offers to star in 'The Producers' for Mel Brooks, which is due to open at the Paris this winter. Pamela says that she'd love to do a Vegas show but not until her kids have finished their education. "Their schooling comes before anything else," she said.

Poker legend Doyle Brunson steps in to save the day.

Later today, Pamela is expected to address the legality of the shipboard wedding since French authorities in St. Tropez confirmed she didn't meet the 30-day residency requirement required by law to make any marriage fully legal. Meantime she says, "We're going to have more weddings. We have to do it at home in Malibu for all my family and friends and then we have to do Detroit for all of Rob's family and friends. Then we're going to do Nashville. Four weddings in all."

Doyle Brunson seems to be saying "Here's looking at you Kid."

Pamela autographs items for her fans at her recent press conference.

Meantime, Luxe Life will be back shortly to post another journal with exclusive photos and all the wacky and wild weekend antics of Britney Spears and husband, Kevin Federline. She maywell be several months pregnant, but she's still a 4AM party-girl. They turned up in separate Sin City nightclubs, and then wound up missing each other as they went to the other's pre-dawn raves. Plus, Lindsay Lohan's romance with Hard Rock Hotel heir Harry Morton at a wild party night marking the end of Beacher's Comedy Madhouse 3-year-run. But she and her beaufriend flew right back to Los Angeles as she is now toeing the line after being blasted by a Hollywood film studio chief for late arrivals and absences on the set of her new 'Georgia Rules' movie. Click here for last Friday's Luxe Life journal that detailed producer James Robinson's fury.
