The latest on the Lindsay Lohan-Harry Morton love match!! The young movie-star IS wearing that new Cartier diamond engagement ring on the 4th finger of her left hand!!! The Hard Rock Hotel heir purchased it shortly before they jetted from Los Angeles to the 50th State. Luxe Life reported earlier today on their Hawaiian honeymoon-style vacation, which was a nonstop festival of hugging, kissing and handholding whenever they were seen in public.
