It was a weekend of the wild, the wicked, the wanton! Ghouls, goblins, skeletons and spooks were out in full fright-night force, and at every event of our only-in-Vegas four-day Halloween hell-ebration, there were outrageous outfits and crazy costumes. Fortunately, new love-mates Paris Hilton and Criss Angel laid low and well out of sight to provide some respite from the celebrity chase! Since a photo is worth a thousand words much of our raunchy rundown comes in pictorial form today:
Not for the squeamish or faint of heart!!! I thought of that as I tried to squish my way through City Morgue body bags at Amazing Johnathan's annual party. They actually contained moving human parts hanging in the maze of a haunted house with ghouls arising from creepy coffins; all created in Johnathan's deathly-darkened storage warehouses. He’d even rigged a trick elevator to simulate a terrifying 20-floor freefall! The screaming scary-looking guests -- dressed up as everybody from naughty near-nude nurses to scandalous spiked-heel senoritas -- loved it all, including such fellow magicians and Strip entertainers as Criss Angel (there were five revelers dressed up looking like him) Carrot Top, Nathan Burton, Anthony Cools and Psychic Tanya as a sailor girl. The sword-swallowing girl and her nose-drilling mate “killed” the crowd with their freakish carnie sideshow, but the two lip-locked knockout cuties who did a decadent dance defying description “brought the dead back to life!"

It took basketball’s bad-boy, The Worm, more than an hour to transform himself into a KISS look-alike, and he went to dinner at Social House in full caped-costume with real KISS rocker Gene Simmons, sans makeup, as his “dining date,” to the amusement of fellow diners Ryan Cabrera and members of Maroon 5! He settled in with a Padrone Anniversary 1964 cigar and Jagermeister shots at Tangerine to judge, then give away $10,000 for the best 3 crazy costumes. What an amazing turnout as our exclusive photos of the Sexy and the Scary show: everybody from 'Wizard of Oz' characters to wicked witches to a beauty who spent 5-hours changing herself into Leopard Woman. The Oz characters won 1st prize, the gold and glittery Oscar statue won 2nd and the Invisible Woman placed 3rd. Over the tricks and treats Dennis told me he’d be back here next weekend to watch our mutual friend Vince Neil lead Motley Crue in its concert with Aerosmith at MGM Grand.

Hard on the high-heels of hometown hottie Jenna Jameson, the ranking #2 XXX porn princess is Tera Patrick and along with her rocker husband, Evan, they brought her Teravision girls to TAO for its Halloween hall of horrors show with even a Grim Reaper on stilts and a Gloved-One watching coyly! Actor Taye Diggs, who appears in regular movies not rated XXX, showed up with two buddies in matching sweats and bling bling to resemble Run DMC! The entire nightclub cocktail staff turned out in skimpy flight attendant uniforms to announce the one-night-only flight plans of TAO Airlines! Tera says she may be best known for her on-screen adult-antics, but off camera she’s an entrepreneur with a talent agency representing models and actors and her own cable-TV Teravision in-hotel network! Ah, what 12 quick minutes can earn you!!

It was a true “Rock and Roll All Night” at PURE, as KISS founder Gene Simmons launched his new, sexy fragrance line. Accompanied by two armfuls of ladies, Simmons first dined at Social House, but at PURE it turned to mayhem as he entered. Gene found it tough to reach his VIP bed because of all the beautiful women wanting him to kiss them and wrap his arms around them. He eventually settled on his VIP bed where he drank only diet coke until he found a stash of KISS Him and KISS Her and gave away every last bottle to frantic frenziedfans. Watching the festivities alongside were sports stars Roger Clemens and Winky Wright. Gene is a long-time pal, back to the very early days of the group, and by coincidence we both share the same Wall Street banker in New York! Ever the businessman, the former school teacher spent most of the evening talking big bu$ine$$ and deal$ and then lunched solo next-day at Wolfgang Puck’s, putting it all onto his notes and cell phone!
PARTY PRINCE
For the 3rd consecutive week, the one-named pop-royal Prince hit PURE and again stuck to his no-alcohol rule by drinking specially prepared “dry” frozen pina coladas! He and his arm-charm lounged on a VIP bed alongside Gene’s group, listening to 3-in-a-row Prince songs from DJ AM, and they stayed until dawn broke and the lights were turned on! Looks like Prince will be opening at Club Rio much earlier than expected, which would explain the 1-night notice given to Erocktica, which was cancelled last week. The Purple One even has a November date posted on his 3121 website featuring a moving montage of photos of his favorites Chaka Khan, Sheila E, Mint Condition and Patty LaBelle.

For Ivanka Trump, it was a 48-hour birthday party. Night1: her celebration started early with a group of friends including 'That 70’s Show' actor Topher Grace, who she’s being romantically linked with, at dinner at Fix in the Bellagio and then in a cabana on PURE’s terrace, before moving down to a VIP table on the dance floor, alongside Gene Simmons’ festivities. Night 2: I joined Ivanka and some 35 of her friends, including another 70’s star Wilmer Valderama, at Social House. In-between courses, Ivanka and Topher went out onto the private balcony overlooking the Strip for a private champagne toast and a kiss. Then it was onto the official PURE 25th birthday party, complete with a giant candle-laden cake! Ivanka, now a curvy mini-skirted 5’11” statuesque beauty, dressed for Halloween as Sharon Stone playing Ginger from the Vegas movie 'Casino.' Ivanka and Topher shared Dom Perignon champagne as the Vegas Pussycat Dolls joined the group to sing Happy Birthday to the birthday girl. They werealsojoined by Maroon5band members Adam Levine, James Valentine and Micky Madden. Ivanka ordered the curtains closed around the VIP bed for 30-minutes, so they could dance really closely and privately but, before leaving at 3AM, with Topher putting on a 'Teen Wolf' mask and red jacket while Ivanka danced a “One Two Step” to Ciara for the crowd.
Ivanka graduated magna cum laude from Wharton and remembered I helped her 10-years-ago with all of her deadline homework while we were first-class seat-mates on a 16-hour flight from South Africa. The tycoon in training told me: “Nightclubs are really not my scene. I prefer business and I’ve been many times to Vegas as our Trump Tower has gotten underway. This actually is the first time I’ve seen Vegas’ nightlife. I’m learning all about it as it is the most exciting city in the world and we want to come back and do more here. In the next two years we’re opening 7 new worldwide hotels so my life is all about a 18-hour workday in Dubai or New York or Chang Mai, Thailand.” We laughed snapping photos of each other, and it's easy to see from her poise and personality just how she’s been entrusted to run the Trump family corporation’s mega hotel-casino-condo complexes. And yes, she’s having a ton of fun being on 'The Apprentice!' Also there at PURE were singers Ryan Cabrera and G. Love, plus MTV’s funny-girl Chelsea Handler.

Mr. Olympia, Jay Cutler returned with 5 friends to Social House to feast “diet style” on Chef Elevado’s fresh sushi and sashimi delights, sans alcohol, while downstairs at Tangerine, "Dr. J" Julius Irving, enjoyed an Arturo Fuente Opus X cigar throughout the night. until calling it quits at 3AM.

The traditional Mexican holiday honoring the deceased is being observed at Border Grill in Mandalay Bay until next weekend. An altar has been set up featuring traditional breads, alcohol bottles, sugar skulls, candles and flowers. Guests are invited to write messages to their own departed to leave at the altar and celebrate with such traditional items as Pomegranate Margaritas and Turkey Mole. Meantime, the Border grill’s upstairs floor is being renovated to open to the convention walk. Go say hello to Too Hot Tamales star chef Susan Feniger while she’s in town tomorrow and Wednesday for a TV taping about Dia de los Muertos.
FOND FAREWELL
It was the closing night, whoops day, for the ICE nightclub yesterday, with fans actually setting up tents with sleeping bags in the VIP section to grab 40-winks between spin sessions. ICE became a victim of the mega hotel clubs as a stand-alone spot, and now it makes way for the new W Hotel property. In true Vegas club tradition, the final party began at 4AM and rocked past 12-noon as the final bottles of booze ran dry!

1) And could it possibly be true? Rumors are swirling this morning that the 3,174 room Hilton hotel might be thenext mega-property to be imploded sometime in the next 18 months, despite a recent expensive lobby and gaming area makeover. Experts previously guessed that the Tropicana, the Riviera, the Sahara and Circus Circus might get the wrecking ball first but apparently, says Rod Smith, the know-it-all expert of Gaming Wire, Hilton’s Colony Capital bankers have already submitted preliminary plans to Nevada State gaming control board officials!!
2) Expect a record 50,000 player registrations competing for an all-time record almost $200-million total prize pool when the 38th annual World Series of Poker is held at the Rio next summer. Harrah's will announce this morning that the start date has been moved up to June 1 and will run to the final table beginning July 17, so book your rooms now! The top prize for the $10,000 buy-in No Limit Texas Hold'em World Championship, commonly referred to as the Main Event, reached $12 million this past August setting a new world record that WSOP and television broadcaster ESPN expect to be easily shattered in 2007! 3) The 'Saw 3' gory horror movie buzzed and cut-up the competition over Halloween weekend with a $34-million debut, the best of the franchise to date -- making it #1 at the box office. I emceed Thursday's red-carpet world premiere at the Palms, where Twisted Pictures producers told me 'Saw 4' will be in movie theaters next Halloween. Pop-singer Shawnee Smith stars in the chill-fright flick with Tobin Bell as Jigsaw, a psycho killer who stages elaborate and bloody challenges for his victims to test their moral fiber.

A busy night for LeAnn Rimes before and after her Luxor show.
