People
are abuzz all over Vegas this weekend about the one of the world's most unusual
"divorce cakes" that was served up last night at Shanna Moakler's "Divorce Party" at the Light nightclub in the Bellagio. The
one-time wife of former blink-182 drummer, Travis Barker raised eyebrows from LV to LA with her
surprising and shocking celebration. Travis himself blasted her "celebration
of their tumultous divorce" in a MySpace communique and she fired back
with icy-comments and accusations about his alleged girlfriend, Paris
Hilton -- all as reported here in Luxe Life on Thursday.
Some party-goers laughed hysterically at the unique multi-tied pink cake showing a defiant bride hurling a groom down the side in a bloody trail to land spread-eagled beneath her! Others thought it was in "poor taste" and ridiculed the nasty-now bloody battle between the feuding Barkers. Even Shanna gasped and then laughed out loud when the Jean-Philippe Patisserie creation was presented to her -- sure better than any episode of their reality series.
The former Miss USA and Playboy Playmate had driven in for the party with best gal-pals Amy Hunter and Natasha King (pictured below).They dined first at FIX and then danced the night away in the club until 2AM, where baseketball stars, Charles Oakley and Charles Barkley, watched in amazement with golf king, Tiger Woods, on their second consecutive night of partying there.
Meantime, Paris remained in LA, although she's expected in Vegas tonight with Leonard DiCaprio and Denzel Washington who will be partying also at Light. Paris, who is currently juggling both Travis Barker and magician Criss Angel with dual-dates, is hoping to hit the Aerosmith/Motley Crue rock spectacular at MGM Grand tonight with Criss.
