Minnillo celebrated their same-day, Nov 9th birthdays
with a
weekend escape to Vegas. After a romantic dinner at the sexy sushi
hotspot Koi
in Hollywood, they jumped a private
jet from LA to share a honeymoon-style, 48-hour non-stop birthday-bash
here.
Super heart-throb Nick, now 33, served up love songs for two
consecutive nights
at the Luxor
and MTV' VJ Vanessa was feted for her 26th with dinner, dancing and a
blowout
birthday cake at the TAO
restaurant-nightclub complex in The
Venetian. Here's Luxe Life's late-night,

countdown:
NIGHT ONE
At Nick's first Luxor show promoting his album 'What's Left of Me,' he was presented with a surprise birthday cake and a Happy Birthday sing-along from Luxor executives and their stage crew with delighted fans joining in. While Nick was singing for his supper, Vanessa was solo for hers at TAO, but a huge crowd of disappointed fans did turn up at PURE, hoping she was still going through with her once-announced Pussycat Dolls dance gig, but to no avail. She wore a gorgeous, knee length, slit way low up top, with sparkly black and grey sequins. She and her seven friends picked Chef Josh Thomson's favorites Chilean Sea Bass, Satay Chicken, Kobe Beef and Pad Thai noodles. Past midnight they settled into a VIP dance floor booth, stocked with Grey Goose vodka and mixes, waiting for Nick's 1:30AM arrival, dressed down in jeans and buttoned-collar shirt. (Contrary to one LV PR firm's media alerts, neither Nick nor Vanessa showed at the new 3121 Club in the Rio). The couple immediately embraced, shared a kiss and danced together to appropriately titled Jackson Five and Guns N' Roses numbers: 'I Want You Back,' and 'Sweet Child O' Mine.' When 50 Cent's signature 'In Da Club' blasted with the "Go Shorty, Its Your Birthday" chorus, 10 of TAO's sexiest cocktail girls, each carrying sparklers, spearheaded the 14'x8" cake, elegantly adorned in silver and white icing with pink lettering spelling out "Happy Birthday Vanessa." She hugged Nick and they continued to dance affectionately until their 3AM departure, avoiding photos the entire time by having two burly bodyguards block them from view.
NIGHT TWO
Vanessa was front-row center for Nick's 2nd show and from the moment he came off stage at 9:30PM, it was all about his own birthday celebration. With his current tour wrapping up in Las Vegas, the former 98 Degrees singer and closerthanthis gal pal Vanessa and their friends headed to TI's Social House for a 10:30PM feast of mini Kobe burgers and massive amounts of sushi with sake. The cozy couple cuddled together at the dinner table inside the restaurant's now famous Newspaper Room with E.R. actress Ming Na, Vegas Comedy King Jeff Beacher and Playboy's Playmate of the Year Carmella DeCesare, all dining separately nearby.
By 12:30AM, Nick and Vanessa arrived at PURE, where he hosted his official after concert party and the packed crowd simply erupted as the loving couple settled on the VIP cabana beds. The Las Vegas Pussycat Dolls sang their sexy version of "Happy Birthday" and presented the official birthday cake. With two handfuls of Dolls draped on both sides, Lachey was all smiles as he blew out the candles.

With Vanessa's hand in one hand and a Miller Lite in the other, Nick chatted with friends but when Bon Jovi's 'Living on a Prayer' was played, the love struck couple began singing and dancing with each other. At one point, Vanessa hopped up onto the VIP bed and wrapped her arms around Lachey as the song played out. Then the twosome got comfy with each other nestled in the corner of the VIP bed, conversing and even sharing a quick kiss until friends broke them apart for birthday Patron shots and more dancing. They danced again with each other before retreating back to the VIP bed being very affectionate before leaving together shortly before 3:30AM.
Celebrity observers agreed that this is a couple definitely in love and Nick is completely over the torment of his marital split a year ago on Thanksgiving from 1st wife Jessica Simpson. "You half expected the twosome to rush downtown and get married Vegas style; that's how close and spellbound with each other they were," said one eyewitness.
Despite the veterans of British rock, the Rolling Stones at MGM and The Who at Mandalay Bay, dueling for Strip supremacy this weekend, most paparazzi fotogs were torn between Lisa Marie Presley at the Empire Ballroom and birthday-gal Vanessa, who wound up with the winning votes!
Luxe Life will post a 2nd edition later today with weekend warriors Dennis Rodman, Floyd Mayweather Jr. and the Rolling Stones' RonWood partying intown, plus Hugh Hefner's decision to pick some curvy creatures from Sin City as his new nude Playboy magazine centerfold beauties.
