Cirque du Soleil has sent a cease and desist letter to Jeff Beacher over his Orgasm Contest. The contest was reported on a couple of Indian websites as the "Cirque du Soleil Contest" and Cirque started legal action without due process.

Is it a case of "O" vs. the "The Big O" lost in translation?
