The Magic hour, or Golden hour is the first & last hour of sunlight.
It's the 1/2 hour before the sun rises, & 1/2 after the sun rises. It's also the 1/2 hourbefore sunset & 1/2 hour after.

My goal for this photo challenge "Magic Hour," was to show the unique magical light play from sunrise and sunset - I can see the light color, and attempt to capture it through my camera lens. There aren't always ideal spots to just snap sunrise - sunset. I look for nearby places where the sun can be more easily seen rising or sinking over the mountain or slipping through the trees, etc. I manage to photograph more sunsets than sunrises. I love the "Magic Hour!"_rRose
