Still no word on either the coach or Dr Dish thing. I am getting bored w/ it all. Its one thing to be eagerly waiting to here and another to lose interest bc you've had to wait too long. Ehh... maybe I'll here something tomorrow. They've take away one of our off days for 5 weeks bc we are so busy. That cause a huge uproar. Get over it. We cant change it. So just be glad you have a job.

Nothing else really going on over here. Russell is going out to dinner w/ his dad so I guess I'm eating alone tonight. Maybe I'll rent a PPV. Hmm we'll see.

So much in so little time. I should have updated sooner...

I started the Dr Dish training on Tuesday, but I felt sick. I wasnt sure if I was hungry or sick, you know what I mean? Well I ate and lets just say I wasnt hungry. I talked to the trainer and he said it was fine I would start in the next class this past Monday.

Ok cool. I worked my regular schedule, had the weekend off (sweet) and went to class on Monday. I walk in and A the trainer says "They didnt tell you?"
"What?!"
"You've been moved to next weeks class."
Urgh. "Fine."

He tells me I'll work M-F have the weekend off again and then start Monday the 18th. I go back to my pod and am told by my coach that they had cx-ed the class or at least thats what they told her. Hmmm.... really? Bc there were other people in there besides me? Oh well maybe she miss understood. Besides that though, they had called her and got my number but never called me. What was the point?

Tuesday I walk in and A stops me and says "Has anyone talked to you?"
"NO!" What now!
And he proceeds to tell me that Dr Dish training is cx-ed until further notice and I should basically just work like I didnt get it. And he mentions something about a hiring freeze. I ask since I'm normally off Tues-Weds if I should go home? Oh no work all this week until your next set of days off.

I was beyond irritated. I was so frustrated it was better for me just to walk away w/ out asking any ?'s bc I may have said something rude or worse... I had to wait until today to talk to my coach and tell her what was going on so she could track down what was REALLY going on. So far nothing really except when she told her boss, he was not to happy about it. So hopefully I'll hear something soon.

Now on to more exciting news. On Tuesday I had my coach interview. And I wasnt really sure how it went. I was just praying that I would make it to the next round. And this morning during my meeting w/ Katie to discuss the Dr Dish issue she got an email that I had my 2nd interview at 10 am.
I'm glad I was dressed nice!
I think this one went better. So fingers crossed, prayers said, candles lit. LOL Whatever it is you do to send positive vibes my way!!!

And in other news, Russell and I are doing really well. I know I havent blogged much about our marriage life lately but honestly for awhile is was on the back burner. As I was getting worried about who was reading what. Its not perfect but I love him and want to be his wife forever. Even tho he drives me crazy. We are still struggling w/ our money but you know what? So is everyone else. I have faith that God will provide and see us thru.

Now I'm happy and its about time for bed.

Camp

This weekend was so amazing.

Lets start from the begining. Friday morning I got to work and Alex, the Hopkins oldest daughter who I don't watch was sick with a stomach bug so I went home. I couldn't risk catching a bug when I was going to be a counseler at camp this weekend. SO I go home and run some arrands and get ready to leave for camp. I have to be at the church at 5pm. But I also have to get Ryland from my parents house first.

Well at around 2:30 I am trying to finish up packing and I can't find a certain bag that I needed so I went to go check the truck. Our truck is a freaking mess and I can't find anything. Ever since the evacuation we have had alot of crap in our truck. Anyway I decide to clean it and I have the big trash can from the garage pulled up to the door and just cleaning away. Next thing I know a tow truck drives by, stops and reverses in front of our house. OH SHIT. We are 3 months behind on the truck. He gets out and checks the VIN # and radios to the LCPD to let them know its a REPO.

So 2 hours before I have to leave for the weekend our car is repo-ed. We got behind when we quit our jobs to move home. We were 1 month behind but we always payed. Then the hurricane came and the money for the bill had to be used to evacuate and we lost time at work. So we weren't able to pay Septembers bill. 2 months. Then on October 28 we didn't have the money, we had to wait for Russells pay check on the 1st. I had the money order for 1/3 of our bill in the mailbox when he pulled up to take our car.

I went to camp and the ride up there was hard. I had to leave my husband behind who really wanted to die when I left there. I made him promise me that he wouldn't hurt himself while I was gone.

But while I was at camp an amazing feeling of peace came over my heart. I didn't really think about it and I was able to enjoy the whole weekend. Its is such a blessing to be apart of a childs excitement for the Lord. WOW! I feel so blessed to have been a leader this weekend at the 6th grade camp. Also I came home with a feeling of renewal. Like my spirit has been cleansed. Kinda like if you haven't washedyour car in months and then you get a car wash and your like Wow Its amazing how much more I can see out these windows. LOL God is Awesome!

My Weekend

I had a really good weekend, or Saturday actually. I put together my costume for Halloween in like 2 hours. I'm a fairy. Its really cute. I went to my churches Fall Festival which was fun, but I missed seeing Elizabeth in her froggy costume. But I will get some pics of her today.

Then Russ and I went to his parents house for his dads 62 bday party. They did a shrimp boil. Everyone was there and I had a good time. Anyway. His parents really liked my costume.

After that Russ dropped me off at my parents house and I went to a party with them and my bros. That was a great party. Good music, food and fun. I was getting kinda bored but then people started dancing. I danced with my brothers and his friends. It ended up being a really good night.

Last night I noticed that I have been really bitchy to Russ and I didn't even realize that I was being that way. For some reason I feel like I just haven't had very much physical attention. But I don't think it was Russ. I might have been pushing him away. I mean we were having sex but we haven't been "making love" We weren't connecting. I talked to him about it and then we really took our time last night. It was very nice to slow down and really enjoy each other. Plus I slept great. LOL

Yesterday was Astroworlds last day. I have teared up a couple times today reading peoples stories. It is really sad. I know my friends and family think I'm being alittle dramatic but really I feel a...... bond (shut up) with "her." I always had sooooo much fun there and I could always count on it to be there for the boring days. I knew that I would have fun there. ALWAYS! Even when it rained I would get a rain check so I could come back another day but I would stay in the park and we would ride The Bamboo Shoot and The Train over & over & over ....

So Russells been sick the past couple days. Boo! That really sucks. LOL Hes probably faking! Just kiddin, I think?

I have spent the last couple days checking out Astroworld websites and reading peoples stories about the park. I am really upset. I wish I would have bought a souvenir on Sunday. The wand doesn't say Astroworld on it so that doesn't count. I wonder if I can find someone who is going this weekend if they'll buy me something. AND I wish we would have taken one of those pics they try to get at the front of the park. Man that sucks. Damn Randi. LOL It was all her fault. Cause she hates to have her pic taken.

I was off yesterday b/c Jenn and Elizabeth were both sick. So me and Russell went out to breakfast and then I went to the library. I got some books about Scrapbooking. Thats my latest hobby. Its really fun and I like to do it. I even saw one of those Scrapbooking party flyers and thought about going but then decided against it. I don't know anyone and I hate going somewhere new. I think I have alittle bit of social anxiety, but I don't think it affects me too much.

I stayed up later then I would like to have last night. I watched all the Astro stuff on the news. They had news people in downtown Houston and man was there a party going on. I wish I didn't have to work this morning I would have gone down there. I am so frappin excited. Finally! Man I have always tried to root for my hometown team, even when they sucked. Its all about team spirit. Of course Russell is a Yankees(boo!) fan but guess who hes rooting for now! LOL When we first started dating I questioned why he like the Yankees(boo!) and he said you have to root for the winner. Well since we have been together the Yankees(boo!) have either gone to the World Series and lost or not even made it that far. Tee Tee Tee ! We joke about me being a curse.

Russell, Kelli and I hung out, watched the game. Its was pretty fun. Kelli wouldn't shut up though. Its was cool. I could tell that she missed me cause boy she talked my ear off. She doesn't really like living with the people shes with and she was telling me some story about how she missed being goofy b/c her roommates are all stupid for real. I told her she just chooses not to be goofy. And then she said something that cracked me up. She said,"They're not acting stupid to be funny, they're acting stupid b/c they're stupid." I don't know why but that was so funny. Maybe b/c shes realizing that they are stupid and it feels good to hear that. She also told me that Paige doesn't like me. Whooptiefreakindoo! I don't like her either. Stupid crack whore!

So I might be getting a i-Pod Nano. Oh man I want it really bad. If I don't get it I will definitely be getting some sorta MP3 player. I have decided that I need a MP3 player bc I like a whole bunch of the new music but I don't want to spend $16 bucks on a CD that I'll listen to only one song. See that way I can just spend .99 for each song.

Well I cried last night. I am still trying to deal with the Kelli situation. I miss her.

But anyway this morning when I woke up I was alittle grumpy and I kinda took it out on Russell now I feel bad. But he should know I'm not always going to be happy in the mornings. I went to bed with a headache and woke up with one. So that started off my day bad. I hate to wake up to a headache.

I am going over to Fashion Bug today to fill out an application. Randi works there as a manager and she said to come fill one out. But I don't know about the other manager, Karen. She isn't nice to me already and that pisses me off. I have shopped at Fashion Bug before Randi worked there. I very rarely call or stop by there, unless I'm there to shop. I do get Randis discount but if I'm there to shop and Randi isn't there, I still get what I want and pay full price. So its not like I expect special treatment. Karens just a bitch. So I am kinda torn about working there.
