9:32:00 PM EDT I have worked for two family owned business and many corporate own business....and my one pet peeve is  nepotism and favortism.I am a hard worker honest and  trustworthy .....believe you  me when then favortism rolls around i am on the top of the list.But that doesnt make it right.I am a firm believer in everyone should be treated equal family or not.I apprecaite being praised for my hardwork but....everyone deserves a fair shot.I dont think because your the bosses daughter you should be special.Thats not a way to run a business.Nepotism creates mistrust and unhappiness amongst  employees.Its sad that its not what you know its who you blow that  counts. Go Figure.
