Important for all Messianics and Christians and Jews to hear
Vision received by Michael Korn "Friends in Christ, I had an inspiring vision this afternoon while in the old city of Jerusalem.
I thought of a gathering of all messianic Jewish believers in Israel at the Western Wall, in order to ask God's forgiveness for rejecting Jesus and judging Him unfairly at the Sanhedrin that met on the Temple Mount, behind where the wall stands today.
We would also confess the sin of the slander printed in the Talmud and other rabbinical works defaming and blaspheming Jesus. We would denounce these works and dissociate the nation of Israel from such writings. We would acknowledge that much persecution against our people, especially from the Catholic church in Europe, resulted from our own defamatory writings against Jesus from which we had never repented.
This would be like the intercessory prayer of Daniel on behalf of the Israelite nation at the end of the Babylonian exile.
We would pray for God's forgiveness and His compassion, since the eyes of the nation were blinded. We would be confident of God's forgiveness if we would confess our sin.
This would be a revolutionary act in the history of the Jews. We would request police protection as in a formal demonstration, since such a gathering would provoke tremendous Ultra Orthodox Jewish protests.
We would demand access to this site, since as Christian believers the Western Wall is important to us as a place that testifies to the veracity of Jesus' prophecy about the destruction of the Jerusalem Temple and as the place where He was unjustly condemned to death in a rigged trial by the Sanhedrin.
Please pray for this idea to take hold in the Messianic community in Israel.
