I made the best noodles!

1 box of rigitonie noodles cooked.

+ 1 jar of no name alfredo sauce.

1 package of cooked sausage with minced onions and bacon bits and garlic powder to taste.

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

mix all of these ingredients when done, then top with 1 brick of mon cheese, for light, 2 for heavy cheese lovers, which I am.

garnish with parsley flakes and just a little paprika slightly over top of baking dish.

Bake at 350 just to melt the cheese.

This is really fabulous.

The Law Of The Garbage Truck

> One day I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport. We were

> driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space

> right in front of us. My taxi driver slammed on his breaks, skidded, and

> missed the other car by just inches! The driver of the other car whipped

> his head around and started yelling at us. My taxi driver just smiled and

> waved at the guy. And I mean, he was really friendly.

>

> So I asked, "Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and

> sent us to the hospital!" This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now

> call, "The Law of the Garbage Truck."

>

> He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around

> full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of

> disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes

> they'll dump it on you. Don't take it personally. Just smile, wave, wish

> them well, and move on. Don't take their garbage and spread it to other

> people at work, at home, or on the streets. The bottom line is that

> successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day.

Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so.....

> "Love the people who treat you right. Pray for the ones who don't."

NEW WAY TO DO CAR JACKING
(NOT A JOKE)

Heads up everyone! Please, keep this circulating...

You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside.
You
start the engine and shift into Reverse.

When you look into the rearview mirror
to back out of your parking space, you notice a piece of paper stuck to
the
middle of the rear window. So, you shift into Park, unlock your doors,
and
jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is) that is
obstructing your view.
When you reach the back of your car, that is when the car jackers
appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off.

They practically mow you down as they speed off in your
car.
And guess
what, ladies? I bet your purse is still in the car.
So now the car
jacker has your car, your home address, your money, and your keys. Your
home
and your whole identity are now compromised!

BEWARE OF THIS NEW SCHEME THAT IS

NOW BEING USED....

If you see a piece of paper
stuck to your back window, just drive away. Remove the
paper later. And be thankful that you read this e-mail.

I hope you will forward this
to friends and family, especially to women.
& lt; B>
A purse contains all kinds of
personal information and identification documents, and you certainly do
NOT
want this to fall into the wrong hands.

Please keep
this going.

Thank you.
Lieutenant Tony Bartolome

Bureau of
Investigations

Florida Highway Patrol

P.O.
