Bill and I moved into this house,  we have decieded NEVER to own a house again.  You cant leave when you want and you have to cover the bills or maintenance on the place.  We just dont make that kind of money.  It is better to rent and let the landlord cover the expenses.

We have a wonderful place now,  We have central air conditioning,  New appliances,  we have 2 working bathrooms,  Heat in the winter,  we have water that comes from the facet instead of a pump outside.  We dont have to save Rain water,  just to wash our clothes.

Our eletric bill is less than 100.  and Gas is less than 150 most months in the winter. We are in the center of town and can walk to the station if we are out of gas,  we have a pizza place write behind our house,  that I love.  We have one across the street that I dont care for. 

We have a pharmacy in driving distance  Top of the hill.  We have an icecream place and laundry if we need it.  There are 2 stations in close driving distance.  I love where we are.  I have absolutely no regrets about moving.  We paid off our van with the money,  and we got us much deserved fresh furniture.

I am so happy with where we are,  I really dont ever want to move till we move to a retirement home.  So Time will tell how it goes from here.
