Feeling Quiet

Counting down the hours

Count down I have 40 hours to get everything done and trust me that don't seem long when you have no idea what to expect... ugh  I wish I knew when and what all to expect it sure would help to plan out everything ... then again can you really plan out the future because things always change....

diet.gif diet image by qtasabuton  I am doing alright plan wise I eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full I haven't been measuring but I haven't been eating a whole lot either... I have not really felt like eating either.

Spring Forward  Don't forget to spring forward tonight. Hubby is excited it won't be dark when he gets home and he will have more time to do things out side , now if the weather would corporate we could start to thaw and maybe start that garden I want when I get out of the hospital ..

The snow and ice have almost melted and we are suppose to warm up today and tomorrow ..

we all know it takes more than locking up the fridge especially those times when you are so hungry you would knaw those chains right off ...so here are my top ten hungrier busters

Animation Smiling milkman with milk mustache Skim milk is a great 100 calorie snack actually is only 90 calories and you need 2-3 servings a day and it will fight hunger pains ... so don't forget to drink your milk.

Wrigleys Extra Gum £16.20Extra sugarfree gum it helps with those sweet cravings and it is only 5 calories a slice and it truly does come in handy and you can buy it by the large packs and save money...

Lipton's Iced Teas I don't care for green tea but regular tea has on 4 calories for 8 ounces and I drink it with sweetner and there is no additional calories ..

Folgers ...Coffee is another way to drink , curve your appetite and warm up your bones during the winter months ... 4 calories for 8 ounce cup .. not bad for the great morning start .

... from banana waste to power cars.almost all fruit is low in calories and full of vitamins ...

Picture of vegetables lounging ... vegetables raw are best but if you have to use canned wash with cool water before you prepare because it holds a lot of soduim and chemicals you don't want to in your body ..

... of making a wedding toast? 2 slices of bread toasted will help with the cravings...

... standard. I try to maneuver each ...  no sweetner just out of the box dry cereal is a great snack ...

Some popcorn. plain popcorn, you will need to measure this out ... but watch the added flavors ...

Oatmeal is heart healthy. Oatmeal it is good for and a good way to cut calories and still feel full.... what does added flavors ....

I hope these help and remember just because it is low cal don't mean you can eat the whole cow ... everything still needs to be done in moderation...

    I packed it on after I gave birth a few times... but once I got into the cocaine, the problem stopped.

    Hey girl.... praying for you and your family.   Everything will be okay.  You know if I lived closer, I would come over and make sure that everyone in your family is okay...(and getting everything done, while I kick there butts...lol)  Love you and will miss you!!!
