Plan B / good report
I went to the doctor today and I got some good news I can start exercising again , I also will be getting some new meds Monday or Tuesday if I don't have a allergic reaction , they tested me for lyme's and rocky mountain fever ,because I had a tick bite . I am suppose to get the result from all the test by wednesday , but this weekend yes tomorrow morning I will be back on my plan ...
here is an example of what I plan on doing to get back where I was ..
1) weigh in first thing in the morning.(check out the damage)
2) eat no more or no less than 1500-2000 calories a day.
3) Drink 48 ounces water daily
4) walk 5000 steps daily
5) do 30 minutes of cardio every other day
6) do weight training 3 days a week
7) Sleep 8 hours a night
8) check in with my diet group and make a journal entry daily
9) have one free day a week for holidays and birthdays where I don't measure my food and eat what I want..
10) reward myself for being on plan ... weekly
I am so over BB9 if the tc who I think are not very tc vote out natalie this week I am done DONE I fortunately can spell, this girl is so sweet she stepped down so the ole lady could get a picture of her son and the ole lady is now compaigning to get her out so I want ryan to win if that is the case .. so I will be cutting off showtime after dark and my live feeds ..( hubby is excited because we will be saving money) I need to spend more time exercising and less time watching tv anyway ...
Natalie is a wonderful girl and has had a hard life I hope she finds her spot and all her dreams come true.......
if I hear that mole (sharon) squeaks one more time I will shoot the tv ugh those poor g-pigs they are begging to be sent back to the pet shop...
enough whining about something I can't control so I am going to leave you with this tip today
buy family pack items at the store then freeze them in portion out packages , example 1 family pack of ground beef cost 1/2 the cost of what 4 small package of ground beef cost .. portion out 4 meals put it in a freeze safe container .. it not only saves money it helps the enviroment because you are using less packaging and you can control what you prepare with out doing all the measuring at meal time weekends are for food prep weekdays are for fast food fixing .....
remember you can wash freezer bags and reuse them ...

I'm behind on journals, but I like the idea of a "free day" and the rewards for staying on plan. I just might consider doing this for myself too.

Will be interested to hear on the tick bite! I read where some doctors misdiagnose people with other ailments when all along it was lymes. I hope it turns out well. Good going on getting on track! God Bless!

I've got to get me a plan as well, I'm working on it. I'm motivated enough, but for some reason it's the same ol I'll start Monday lol not this coming week though, cuz I'm starting my new thing tomorrow!
