Feeling Happy

Good morning I am having a great day so far the scale is down and I instead of caving to Chocalote had Strawberry's for desert last night ... and it paid off on the scale this morning ...
I am having a hard time getting awake today , I had my youngest daughter's boyfriend called the house at 1 this morning because she left him an angry message earlier in the night, and I couldn't go back to sleep , after the butt chewing I don't think he slept to good either ...
The oldest daughter was caught being late on curfew (yes she is 19 but she still has a curfew ) So she got some of it too...needless to say the girls are all walking around this morning fearing their father will get wind of their antic's ..
Sunday Dinner is about ready so I guess I better go ... I will check in with you all tomorrow and rememeber we can do this one day at a time ...

I'm so glad your Sunday has gone good, even if you didn't sleep well last night (bad boyfriend!!!!). Congrats on winning the scale battle today, and thanks for your constant encouragement, no matter how you are feeling. You are always in my mind telling me I can do it if I just take it one day and one pound at a time...you rock!!!

Teenagers... I have 3 at home, and I will tell you--they will ruin a night's sleep very easily. They are more stressful than their 4 year old brother sometimes! Have a good evening!! :) Julie
