Feeling Frustrated

We planted the rest of the seeds and plants that we could plant with the ground so wet , we won't have potatoes because it is too late to plant them, but we will hopefully have enough of the other stuff to make up for it . as soon as the garden starts sprouting up I will take pictures and post them on here.. I was so tired last night I didn't turn on the computer .
I have a little rant here 8 months ago I was hit by a speeding driver, who not only hit me in the rear he crossed the yellow line to do this , he was passing another car and hit me in the rear as I was turning in my driveway we were all going the same direction apparently and he couldn't be bothered to wait . I know it is complicated , I was hit so hard I was un conscience at the seen and woke up on the way to the hospital tied to a board ..I had a severe concussion, and I have had some nerve damage to my left side .. now I am not sure if or when I will be back to 100% but hey I deal .... but this is my rant his insurance company refuses to pay for my car , it has been 8 months and I still haven't been reimbursed for the car let alone any medical I have been out , my attorney says we may have to sue , because they won't settle the claim with him either ugh , they make profits year after year and yet when it comes to them providing the service you pay for they refuse to pay ... and yet in Missouri it is law that you have to have auto insurance .. now get this my insurance tripled our premium this month and they didn't have to pay a dime . Now tell me if I am wrong for feeling like I just got screwed and didn't even get a kiss.

I am tired , frustrated , emotionally wore out then they say "MOMMY I LOVE YOU" and I feel like wonder woman ...
(who just turned 15) Tuesday night while going to baby girls concert She was telling me about her day , and She tells me that a boy in school was aggravating her about her boyfriend ( we are not crazy about boyfriend but we are dealing ). The teacher told the boy to sit down and stop flirting , He pops off to the teacher that He is not flirting he has a girlfriend, now baby girl is a smart ass (no sense in lying she gets it from her mother 
" your left hand don't count " need less to say this boy was angry because she one upped him so after class he walks up to baby girl and calls her a $.50 whore. And she slaps him. (told you she is her mother's daughter) well as far as she was concerned it was over and she went to class. All day he tried to talk to her and she would ignore him and walk away well after school she gets a call from a friend asking her why she is ignoring this boy and won't talk to him . She replies to the friend " hello he called me a whore I don't think there is anything else to say he can talk to my dad or my brother from now on." yep she was still mad ..
I told her she shouldn't of made her comment but he still should of not did what he did so to let it go unless it happen again .and not to hit it is not the way to handle it properly ,
it get's better Yesterday she gets called in the office because this boy is having everyone ask her why she is mad at him , and a girl ( who is her friend) passed her a note asking her why she was mad at him , she replied to the note honestly and got caught passing the note and was sent to the office .geez The principal was more concerned that she wrote the word than he was at the fact the boy had said the word , I don't get it , She admitted that she said what she said , she admitted to slapping the boy, she admitted to replying to the note ...and she was told she would get swats or write a 1000 word report because she wrote the word whore . well needless to say She was mad.
Even though I thought the school had made her punishment for the wrong reason .I told her she had to write the report because she was passing notes in school and because she was discussing it with another student instead she should of told a adult ( if she can find one up there ,I was thinking it , I didn't say it but I wanted too.) and there fore she was to write the report that she was honest about her actions but it didn't matter she still shouldn't of wrote a note and passed it in class.. I set with her and she wrote the whole report and said she would be considered disrespectful because she didn't put it in the words that the principal wanted her to say.
I took the report to school this morning and I delivered it to the principal and we had a little chat ...first of all swats are not an option Baby girl has had 4 back surgeries and it is not happening .. he got that message clear and I told him what I wrote above and that I wanted to know what punishment the boy got .. nothing the boy had lied and said he didn't say it ...I understand you can't be everywhere and hear everything but take a note if this boy persist I expect your complete corporation in dealing with this matter.
The truth in the matter is teenagers use words that they shouldn't use when adults and parents are not around .. that doesn't mean that they should get away with it , it means I am not spasming out over her repeating it . I will however be upset if he continues his little stalking actions and the school don't do anything about it .
pick your battles in life if you get all bent out of shape , whichis easy to do when it comes to your kids , every little thing will make your life and theirs miserable .

Ok, what exactly are swats??? What I'm thinkin can't be right. As for the ins co they all suck as far as I'm concerned.
