Monday
It is that time again ,The dreaded Monday where people actually think they will be on schedule , it is funny sometimes how your family think just because you don't punch a time card that you have all this spare time on your hands .. it really got under my skin today.. I take care of immediate family and extended family business plus I work from my home making money .... just because it is not steady don't mean it is not work.
but they are like working for 3 small corporations alone. The pile of filing I have to do to keep their records and stuff straight should require at least one full time assistant .
He is another corporation of his own ... not that is their fault it is just what has to be done. To keep medical bills and financial records updated , and to keep this well oil machine we call family in order.
I wouldn't trade them for anything , but there is a limit to what this brain of mine can handle and the amount of information gets less and less every day I think my hard drive is full..,,
I did pretty good on my exercise this week I got 5500 steps in every day but Sunday ..I laid around all day Sunday because I was just feeling blahh I don't know what brought it on or if it will come back all I know is I am working on keeping up my steps if I meet the 6000 goal and keep it for a week I will change my goals on the side bar again ..taking baby steps will get me there eventually ....
I did however gain this morning 6 lbs in two days I was disappointed to say the least but I know it is the scales way of messing with my head and if I keep the course it will go back down ...

after you eat your last meal of the day take a walk or do some form of activity I was told the other day this helped the body digest your food easier , now whether this is true or not I don't know but I am going to try it .

grrr I hate it when the scale plays games! You have a good attitude though so don't let it get ya down! To answer your question, I am not nursing full time... she is mostly drinking formula, however I am pumping milk about 3 times per day and giving her what I can... my milk supply is just not up there yet (don't know if it ever will be) but I figure anything I can give her will be good. However, if she had to live off my milk she would starve so we need to supplement w/ formula.

Bless your heart, you are a busy lady! About the walking after meals, I can believe it helps. I know when I start exercising on a regular regime it helps with my digestion. But that is me.

I forgot what it is like to have young children. The
demands on young mothers today are incredible. All
one can do is try their best . TY for coming by my journal.
