Wednesday cardio (dance away those pounds)

wednesday It is Wednesday , the middle of the week we all know it is down hill from here and with this weekend being a 3 day weekend most are more than ever excited about this week coming to a end.

today There is not much going on Today for me I am going to go clean my house here in a bit , but I am afraid it is just another day here no drama (thank goodness) and I am happy about that ..

 

 

dancing with the stars  I thought I would share my playlist with you here today because  I am going to do my cardio and that is 30 minutes of dancing to my favorite songs , sounds like a lot of dancing but in reality it is only 10 songs sometimes less , I bet you can do it ...

    Somehow dancing around doesn't feel so much like exercising...it is a lot more fun.  Of all the working out I do, I hate cardio but dancing is fun!  Enjoy!

    I like your playlist!  I like dancing too... it's a fun way to burn some calories.  I sometimes wear my iPod when I'm cleaning the house, it gives me a lot more energy to get stuff done!

    I've been thinking of looking for an Indian dance dvd to use. I can lose weight and rock hubby's world all at the same time, lol.
