With the condition of the world today, I think their name should be changed to THE INTERNATIONAL GUARD. The National guard was also for homeland protection. It's the deception that bothers me. Anne

Add to that-for the people who join up and think they've fulfilled their obligation-finding out you're actually liable to be called up any time in the next twenty or thirty years. We had that happen to a guy in Oregon.

Can't imagine why a recruiter wouldn't be eager to sell the package.
