You can't be sure about the bove, since it is the first paragraph of a story from the despicable Associated Press (which would not know the "truth" if it were injected into the brain of of its "reporters").

However, it should make you NERVOUS.   Is Nickelodeon FIRING Jamie Lynn Spears, or coming out dramatically against teenage sex.  Not that I can see.  It is considering a "special" on teenage sex and love.  Good luck on that one turning out right.

Should you BOYCOTT Nichelodeon.  I would not go that far.  But I don't see that Nickelodeon is coming across well here (I don't watch it anyway).

As to the disgraceful way the modern media has condoned/encouraged the idea of teenage sex as just a normal thing, when it is really very unhealthy, see the prvious entry--not to mention numerous prior entries in the archives of this blog.
